1. Submitting an event
Anyone may submit an event to the Nordic Event Calendar. Basic information (title, date, location, description and organizer name) is published free of charge. Optional paid add-ons such as links and public contact details are only published once payment has been completed.
2. Accurate information
You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is correct and up to date. Travel News may edit or remove listings that contain misleading, offensive, illegal or otherwise inappropriate content.
3. Email and communication
To publish an event you must verify the email address you provide. By submitting an event you agree that Travel News may send you transactional emails about your submission (for example confirmation and edit-link reminders). If you choose to opt in, Travel News may also email you news, offers and updates about the calendar. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Paid add-ons
Paid features are clearly marked in the submission form. They are not published until payment is confirmed. Fees and payment methods are shown before checkout.
5. Changes and removal
You can edit your event using the unique edit link shown after submission. Travel News reserves the right to remove any event that no longer meets our standards.
